Iwyze PYRAMID SCHEME.

I was involved in an accident on 04 June 2022 n I've received nothing but poor service from iwyze insurance. Through out that process I was transferred from one consultant to the other n both of them were useless..

After a month a guy about the name of Mokholoane (accessor) called to arrange with me to go to the accident scene. He came n assured me that the claim will be paid in few days since the car was not badly damaged.

Only for him to call me after few days to tell me that I'm not trustworthy n the insurance won't pay. He also suggested that I cancel the claim n fix my car on my own. I refused to cancel the claim n he said he will continue investigating.

Only for him to get back to me on 05 August 2022 with claim rejection letter. N he told me that my contract was terminated with iwyze from 05 June 2022 and i need to go get my car from the penalbeater.

At this point I just want them to refund me my money. Why did they continue debiting from my account if the account was terminated first week of June😡😡😡😡😡?. They must give me my money back Bgf or arrange for my car to be towered to the penalbeater of my choice. This Mokholoane guy his not even taking my calls or replying to my texts.

Iwyze is a pyramid scheme.
