IWYZE promotion ****
This company is always putting up an advert on TV saying that if they can't beat our insurance they will pay us out, guess what? That is not the case! I did a quotation with them on the 09/06/2020 and they couldn't beat my comprehensive car insurance policy premium. After I sent them the required documents to claim the payout, they still did not get back to me after a week later. I then called them on the 17/06/2020 to look into this, they escalated my request to the relevant department for assistance. Today 19/06/2020 I get a call from IWYZE saying that my policy is not a like for like policy compared to theirs. I currently have comprehensive insurance policy with another company and now that IWYZE has to payout my R505 they come with all sorts of excuses. Obviously my current insurance with the other company will not be exactly the same as theirs because it is from a different company duh!!!! Just another reason why I will never have any car insurance policy with IWYZE mxm. I did a similar quotation with outsurance, they also couldn't beat my current premium and they never hesitated to pay out the R500 as promised on their ad.
It's unfortunate that our service has disappointed you. Coupled to this, it is a pity we could not have offered you a saving at this point in time.
