iWyze poor service

This insurance has the worst service to their clients. They are not reliable. I honestly wouldn't recommend this insurance to anyone. My mother had an issue with her car, it broke down and it was raining heavy on that day in the bhundus. I made a call to the call Centre to try get some assistance from them. I spoke to an agent and shared some information of the policy number, type of car, what happened to the car, where she was, who she was with and most importantly that her phone would switch off so he could call my dad who was with her at that moment as they wait for the insurances help. However, I ran out of airtime so I couldn't call back. What baffles me is that I had given the agent the number to call when I ran out of airtime, they didn't even call my dad who went to her during this breakdown because it was dark, rainy and in the bushes. My mom managed to try get a local mechanic to help move her car since the area wasnt safe to leave the car in. 2 days later we called in to report that we had called for assistance and weren't assisted so we need a tow truck to come collect the car. They agreed they would send a tow truck the following morning. That didn't happen, till this very day they haven't come to fetch the car. I'm livid cause she was left stranded to fend for herself which absolutely makes no sense cause she has an insurance but she couldn't get assistance!
