IWYZE poor service

Hello, I am really disappointed with the turn around time with IWYZE insurance because it's been 3 weeks now since I lodge a claim but still I don't know if my claim has been approved or not. I always have to call them and ask for progress, they don't call. Next week the courtesy car is going back and I will be car less while I really need the car for work purpose. They are doing everything very slowly, I am really disappointed
