Iwyze poor poor service 😞😞😞

I got involved in an accident on the 19 of August, after the multiple queries through calls and emails, only got the initial response on the 3rd of September, where I was informed that the claim is in the final stage of validation, it has been almost a month waiting for my claim to be approved. This bad, really bad 😔😔😔my car was towed to the panel beater on that same day of the incident (19/08/2025). I am struggling now, but I am faithfully paying my insurance every month.
