IWyze poor client service

IWyze car insurance has the worst client service. IWyze consultant (Alina Dhludhlu) I've dealt with is not competent at all. Poor client service - I've been pro-active with all the documents they required yet still requested the same thing from me a week later. No feedback whatsoever on my claim, I have to call up on them all the time and Alina (responsible for my claim) is never available for my calls and never gets back to me after requesting other consultants that she calls me back. It's been a month after a loss of my car and I've only got an update on my claim only when I call ("oh sorry now we have the assessment report for your vehicle") Never will I recommend anyone to iWyze.
