On Monday, 31/01/22 I contacted Iwyze to remove my one vehicle, 2015 Honda Civic Hatchback and replace it with another vehicle, 2015 Honda CRV. The first one was used as a trade in on the purchase of the second one. Soon afterwards, I received an sms that a tracker must be fitted or I will not be covered for theft or hi-jackings. This was followed by endless calls from a tracker company. It seems as if Iwyze and this tracker company are working together. My updated policy schedule does not stipulate a requirement for a tracker for the 2015 Honda CRV. I have contacted a couple of competitive insurance companies and not one of them require a tracker for this vehicle. According to my research, a Honda CRV is not a high risk for theft and hijacking. I am very frustrated and might cancel my Iwyze policy soon.
