iwyze policy
on the 30th December 2017 we unfortunately experienced heavy rains where properties and peoples goods where damaged and destroyed.i logged a call with iwyze on the 2nd January 2018 due to the long weekends.i reported my roof tiles were damaged, walls damaged to to the rain coming in and also my boundary wall 2 sides where damaged. This area was declared a disaster area.i kept on making follows up and after 8 days on the 11th January I contacted their call centre t follow up on my claim and I was advised everything else was approved except MY BOUNDRY WALLS as they were not build according to the building standards due to not having pillars.my issue is : 1. when I initially took out the contract via telephone I was not advised nor even asked whether my walls where up to standards or whats iwzye building standards where 2. house where damaged to the ground du to the storm which are building in good building standards what was my wall. 3. if the was not storm my wall would have not fallen and this area was declared a disaster area. 4. not only my wall I mean the entire street from one corner to the other all our walls fell even the ones with pillars to show how string this tornado was.
now as a client I feel iwyzw is causing more stress to me as client buy not approving this claim.i was supposed to ensure that my wall doesn't fall from tornado?
if my wall was not build ni good standards why did only 2 parts of the wall fall
I want iwyze to fix my walls same way they approved for my house damaged caused by tornado/ natural disaster,
I was being assisted my a consultant named fikile who gave me this feedback.
