Iwyze playing dodgeball with client

This insurance company seems to just do the barest minimum and do a quick response from this platform and ZERO follow ups after that initial contact. I posted about how they told me my claim was below the Excess amount and when I asked for the quotation they got, they gave me a quote from a service provider that didn't even check my vehicle.

They contacted me and asked for the quotation I had, which I did, but they have since gone radio silent.

I am getting frustrated with this because they are not giving me all the information that I need and have a right to. Because, if their quote is correct, then I would like to be able to use that quote myself, and if it is not, then I want a better resolution for my claim.
