iwyze PATHETIC SERVICE ON MY DAMAGED GOOD

Iwyze client BC Mavitana id-*** Reg no of his vehicle is JC77DKGP bumped in my vehicle and damaged it while i was standing at the robots waiting for the robots to open and he told me that his mind was somewhere else his sorry he will claim from his insurance and he sent me the REF number ,My claim reference number *** I am not happy at all with how my claim is being handled. It's been a month now and I don't see any progress whatsoever. I sent emails to Edith I registered my claim on the link that was provided to me. I need my vehicle to be fixed otherwise I will have to take the matter to ombudsman and involve my insurance. I cant be calling them to follow up while they supposed to updating me . i have uploaded all the required documents on their link. Their service is pathetic
