Iwyze pathetic service

Ok i am posting again!! After about 2 months iwyze insurance still cant tell me when i will recieve my car..the car has about R8000 damages and yet they fail to give me an awnser..first the took the car to a other town 110 km from me then they said they are goining to bring my car back to my town..they send me a sms that said my the car has arrived at the new pannelbeater on the 14/2/2019. Today the 19/2/2019 the new pannelbeater phoned me and told me that they have no record of my vehicle..the lady by iwyze complaints gave me her number and said i must phone her if i have any problems but she does not awnser my calls or emails.so now my car is "missing" and i still dont have a awnsers!!
