IWYZE PASSING THE BUCK

I am currently in the middle of a third-party claim against your client. they keep asking me to engage them over the settlement offered which is half of the damage cost but today when speaking with Ravind Boodhram, he says it's a full and final offer. Why do you keep asking for more information if you do not plan on revising the offer. furthermore, i was told by him that i could not contact your insured for the balance - that is my right!!!! kindly advise him on the constitution. my vehicle was stationary - he says it's the first he has heard of this despite this being in an accident report then he says I was hit on the side and therefore 20% of the blame is mine - there is no side damages from the pictures that were requested. they requested 360 degree pictures and the pictures clearly show you how the side of the vehicle was impacted when it was hit from behind whilst stationary this is nothing than a case of passing the buck and not wanting to pay DO NOT ISSURE WITH IWYZE- YOU WILL MOST PROBABLY BE OUT OF POCKET IN A THIRD PARTY CLAIM
