IWYZE - Old Mutual Insurance - Bad with claims

The service I received from Iwyze is horrible. My geyser burst 1 month ago, they sent someone to replace the geyser. Before they started I had to pay my access, which I did. They told me that had to move the geyser from inside my cottage to the roof. They never closed the ceiling up where the geyser left a large hole. The rood if now leaking where they put the geyser and the water pressure is now so high that 3 tap units is now leaking excessively. I was called by the Iwyse agaent 2 weeks ago telling me they not covering any more of the claim. when I told here everything that was wrong due to their work, she said she will tell them to investigate. to date nothing has been fixed. This is also not the first time I have had issues with them. My house was broken into and they damaged my door and frame. They only wanted to give me R1230 to fix the damages, which I was going to cost over R6000 to repair. I'm at a point now that I will be getting legal assistance.
