Iwyze not Wyze at all

In my over 23 years of uninterrupted comprehensive cover i have never dealt with such a pathetic and *********** insurance as Iwyze. My vehicle was delivered to their preferred autobody for repairs on the 14th of September, to this day it is still pending approval on additional.

There is no sense of urgency, poor call centre process that takes forever and no direct line to servicing agent. Servicing agent and line manager even the complaints department never bothers to reply.

I would rather pay more with another service provider than to remain with these clowns.
