iWYZE not wanting to pay me

So i called iWYZE regarding they advert that is similar to outsurance and boy oh boy, i did a car insurance and they could not beat my current insurance price so they told me to send a my copy of the insurance + my insurance history letter which i did than they come back a few days later and told me that my new cover is R10 less to what im currently paying - meaning they looked at my insurance cover first than they say we offer you R10 less - i dont understand why another review was done after they saw my insurance(that sounds like *****) - in other ways they do not want to pay me - they are the ones advertising this - and by look at other comments regarding iWYZE i dont thing they the best insurance - my question is why dont they want to pay me when they could not beat my current insurance and advertising wrong things on tv - very disappointed.
