iwyze, not very wise!!!! Worst insurers in SA!!!

I was involved in an accident on the 23rd of November 2018 and until today (25th January 2019) my claim is still not finalized. My investigator "Nardus Roos" has been singing the same song of "he is waiting for a report from Waidler" . This "waidler" is a company they use to supposedly check ur car computer box to retrieve the supposed speed you were travelling at, at the time of the accident. So for 2 months, i have been waiting for this report. All the phonecalls, emails and sms's all yield the same repsonse that points to Waidler. iwyze seems to forget that i am not paying Waidler but iwyze and i fail to understand why i am now inconvenienced because of their service provider. I have raised my frustrations with the investigator and his superiors and was told the same old story about the damn report!!!! I appointed a lawyer to deal with them and i am now going to lodge a formal complaint against them with the FAIS OMBUD. I was a loyal Old Mutual client but iwyze has left a rather unfavorable taste in my mouth. To anyone looking for insurance or any other financial service, please look anywhere else but iwyze!!!! They are ***********, unprofessional and rude. The investigator is highly condescending and as a young black female, i refuse to be bul**** by any male figure, regardless of race and age. I am still waiting on an outcome on my claim but until then, i will make sure that iwyze knows that people are not just Guinea ***s! We r not stupid and will definitely won't be played by ****** like you!!!!!!
