Iwyze not that wise ....

My cellphone was removed off my policy without me knowing , I just saw my premium decrease in price. After i had insured it as a specified item. We have now put in a claim for 2 breaks in that happened in the month of October 2018, and a very patronizing assessor visited our home to assess the 2 breaks in and he could see that there house was broken into and showed all the proof ownership that he required, even though some of the questions where so unnecessary making us feel like we arranged the whole thing. Claim was rejected because i have a boyfriend i visit on occasion (who was also called and harassed) about my where abouts, and they concluded that it was not my primary address. The 2nd reason is Items that went missing where not purchased by me (Policy holder). Some of the items where gifts !!! Plus i have proof of ownership!

This has been the worst experience with any insurer and especially cause of that Mr Erasmus guy who doesn't have his facts straight. So think twice before you sign up as they really not that wise. I have regrets living my previous insure.
