iWYZE not so WYZE

iWYZE service is very disgusting. I logged a claim with the insurer end of August 2023 after my driver was hijacked on duty to deliver an order. It took them almost two months to conclude the claim only for it be rejected citing that I was hiring my motorcycle out for rewards when it was actually insured under the business policy. For the past two weeks I've been trying to contact the claims department to retrieve my motorcycle but my attempts proved futile as my emails are being ignored and I'm made to wait for an hour on the phone. The rejection letter states that I might be liable for 'certain fees payable' which is absolute *******. After two weeks I am still waiting for one of their agents to contact so it left me no choice but to resort to this platform. This is actually my second time giving them a bad review on the same claim. I know a lot of clients are experiencing similar issues with iWYZE therefore I would not recommend anyone to insure with them. Such unreliable, terrible services.
