Iwyze not returning my car after claim rejection

My claim no *** was rejected on Monday, 10 Febrary 2025 because it was within the excess. Since then, I have provided them with the destination to tow my Ford Ikon where I can have it fixed. Today is 13 February my car still hasn't been towed. I phone everyday and all I get is reasons why I can get my car even 14 days from Monday. I am told of the complex internal processes that have to unfold. All this and I have no transport. I am now incurring more expenses because that car takes my kids to school and me to work.
