iWyze not paying the R1750 although they could not beat my premium and I have been claim free for more than 3 years

iWyze deleted my post on Facebook when I complained there. It shows you guys perhaps hiding the fact that you don't honour your campaigns....?

I requested a quotation from iWyze to see if they can beat my current insurance on my vehicle. They could not beat my premium.

I met all the criteria for the campaign based on the following terms and conditions https://www.iwyze.co.za/terms-conditions-8June2020 and yet they could not even come up with 1 valid reason for not honouring the campaign.

I can just imagine how future clients will be treated when it comes to honouring of claims in an unfortunate event....

iWyze quote R578.49 and my insurance (Alexander Forbes) quoted R486.08. I supp**** the quotations via PDF as well as my no claims letter from Alexander Forbes (more than 3 years claim free)

I received a call stating they will not pay out. I am demanding the payout as stated on the campaign on their website. They have also taken my posts off Facebook and also deleted the campaign on their Facebook.
