iWyze not attending to 3rd party claim

a month Ago I wrote to Hello peter and reported iwyze for not processing mu wife's 3rd party claim and to date nothing has happened. firstly it was rejected by the lady named Lucrecia Simangele Tshabalala, who works for Quest claims and then it was overturned after their client complained but since then the lady has disappeared and it is difficult to get hold of Lucrecia to check progress on my wife's claim. it has been almost 3months waiting for assistance and nothing been done by iWyze
