Iwyze nonsense insurance….k********😡 dealing with *********** panel beaters.

I regret insuring my car with Iwyze, I will never advise anyone to go with Iwyze. They don’t care about their clients. My car has been sitting with with panel beater from 14 November 2023, and now in January they transferred the car to a different panel beater without informing me. There’s no communication. I’m sitting here without a car since Nov but I’m paying every month. They are dragging this on purpose. No one cares. When you call they will send you from pillar to post…your service is o pathetic Iwyze. I have a sick baby who is in and out of hospital, now I have to run around especially during the night looking for transportation. Insurance is suppose to give us peace of mind in times like this but Iwyze is giving me depression. I can’t wait to say my goodbye 👋
