Iwyze nightmare

Definitely the worst insurer I have experienced.

Every time I’ve needed an update I’ve had to call in. My car is with a panelbeater and it’s been over 30 days and they are still investigating. Now the investigator is on leave and it’s not my problem. At the same time they want me to return the courtesy car . Last week I had to provide them with documentation I sent them a month ago. Sick and tired of the madness.
