Iwyze nightmare

<p>I am an employee at Old Mutual I took IWYZE car insurance for accidents,hijacking and theft over the phone beginning of May 2017 I specifically told the agent that I want cover for accident, theft and natural causese and asked the agent to send me copy of the contract via email which I provided and postal address but I never received anything. Unfortunately on the 27th May I was involved in an accident and I called IWYZE as my insurance. They took the car as I have policy with them policy no: ********** 756 and claim no:980123 and to my surprise they told me I was only covered for third party which I did not even know and did not choose. Now my claim has been rejected and I am fixing the car MYSELF. I have asked for the recording of that call and I was told to go to Johannesburg and Im in Cape Town. I use the car for business(Old Mutual) and personal why on earth would I agree to third party cover??!</p> <p>I then escalated this matter to IWYZE complaints via email and to this day I havent heard/received anything and no transcription from IWYZE claims department which I requested on the 13/06/2017.</p> <p>I need assistance as I want my claim to honoured.</p> <p> </p>
