IWYZE MY INSURANCE OF CHOICE ?

I have been involved in an accident on the 13/02/18 and my insurance of choice Decided to lose my car. My car was towed to the iwyze approved panel beater and later I was told that since the car is still under warranty it has to be moved to an approved panel beater of the car model under iwyze. I phoned the panel beater and they mentioned they didn’t receive the car as yet but I was told it had already being towed to them.

This is frustrating I tell you. You have to beg to give you the status of your claim
