Very quick turn around time, Mr. Mpho Soko is very compassionate, understanding and very proactive. He speaks to me with respect and has empathy, demonstrating emotional intelligence considering the situation and the timing (it's January, everyone is frustrated financially, accidents are the last thing anyone wants to happen when kids are going back to school, and people needing to be organised at this point in time).
