iwyze misrepresents to its clients

worst experience ever.

My car is a write off because of iwyze insurance, everytime I try to enquire about this, even the complaints department, they bit around the bush instead of explaining to me why should I be suffering all of this when they refused to pay me back for writing off my car. The insurance desputed part of my claim to exclude engen and accepted all other claims for damage that happened on the same accident. Now I have a warranty that has been cancelled at mercedeed benz since Paseka Lekale decided to write off my car and continue repairing. I have been following up for months on why my car is still a written off when the insurance decided to repair some parts, running away from an engine, and the complaints department is not able to answer me straight. I dont know why I should be running around an insurance that I have always paid premiums with no issues.
