Iwyze ****med me

I was involved in a small Bumper bashing on the 19th Of May 2022., I submitted my claim C***, And followed all the usual steps when dealing with insurance. i then met with an assessor Mr Thabo Ungerer who advised me to not claim as the damage was so small and would cost less to fix than the excess was, so i asked him to subtract my claim as he had suggested, Now a year down the line i have received a letter of demand for the damages to the person i bumped advising me that Iwyze said there is no 3rd party on the claim due to the claim being subtracted on my car , I feel like i was purposely trapped and ****med by iwyze, I have email proof from Thabo saying he suggested me doing this, and now im still being forced to pay for the damages , EVERYONE RUN FROM IWYZE , They are a ****
