Iwyze marketing bate

I took a insurance contract for the household contents, vehicle and house structure with Iwyze about 5 years ago. The selling feature of the insurance contract was that if you don't claim for the house structure in a period of 6 years from inception, you will get all the premium paid toward the house structure back. Then on 06 Dec 2019 when I phoned Iwyze to confirm the potential payment day and amount for not claiming on the house structure. To my shock I am told that I have opted out of this benefit. Iwyze could not tell me when did I opt out or if I consented to opting out. Then couple of minutes later Iwyze cooked up unbelieveable story that I still qualify for this no claim benefit but it now paid on 3 year basis. Iwyze couldn't provide a simple calculation on how do they derived the amount that I am due to get. To make matter even house, Iwyze failed to sent me anything in writing or provide the audio recordings request. Iwyze is truly undermining there customers intelligence.
