Iwyze look for ways not to pay claims

I had a claim with Iwyze, at first was told they will replace the ****** items through their suppliers then next because they had to deduct 10percent of the replacement value then they will pay me the remainder of the value and then next I am told of a clause that reads “75% Of compensation can be paid per item should the items be less 10k” and this is not there on my contract. I feel cheated to have paid all those installments, being promised that have protection but when needed it the most it’s not there. Household contents and specified never do it with IWyze
