Iwyze life insurance bad service

Emailed Iwyze 4 times to update my policy last year October . No one still came back to me . I'm thinking of cancelling my policy with this bad service . There no problem to take the money for the policy like clock work ever month . But waiting 3 months for someone to call you crazy .
