IWYZE is useless, trust me!!!

So the call centre agents concludes on rejections without even understanding the technicalities of the claim. I even told her the policy sections (2.14 and 2.1(e)) but still, this agent just has this rejection attitude.

Quite frankly, I am not surprised with this behaviour from iWyze and ****ed off that my mother still uses them (after I have warned her many times).

I will make it a personal mission to get the house fixed myself and get rid of iWyze in our family's life because they are useless to say the least.

People, be warned, this people don't even care about their own policy wording and compliance.
