iWyze is trying tricks to decline the claim,

I always heard that Insurances are ****s, My lady's car was Hijacked driven by me. iWyze is trying to get grounds to decline the claim, Kaizer Sigasa is now saying to my lady that she did not disclose that I as the current partner was once in an accident, Like really? what if I did not tell her? can a claim be declined based on the fact I did not tell her that I once claimed? Like I am so dissapointed. she was not even asked but now they want to use me as a pawn to decline her claim. do insurances even ask if your boyfriend or uncle or dad or anyone who drives this car sometimes has had a claim before? like how does one supposed to know info about other people? what if they never told me? Our cars are driven by our uncles who are not even closer to us. I am so ****ed by iWyze, **** is a **** honestly. This one wont end well, we will meet in court for this dark or blue
