IWYZE - Is this what the firm stands for?

On 9 May this year an iWYZE customer skipped a red robot and bumped into my car. I then instituted a third party claim with IWYZE after obtaining details from their insured and submitted all my documents on 17 May. All the documentation indicated that their insured was at fault but little did I know that that is when they'd start playing the cat and mouse games. The level of unprofessionalism and apparent underhandedness from the IWYZE legal department has really taken my breathe away. I called them on over 10 separate occasions and sent countless emails following up on the status of my claim and just listen to the excuses and judge for yourself if this is a reputable company you should trust with your money. After calling them on Week1: "Sorry Sir, the person dealing with your case is on leave this week and you'll have to call next week". Called them Week 2: "Sorry Sir, we've changed assessors and you'll have to wait another week for the new assessors to complete their work". Called them Week 3: "Sorry Sir, there's someone else from Legal dealing with your case now but they are on leave so you'll need to call back on Friday". Called them Week 3 Friday: "Sorry Sir, we've just changed computer systems, and things are a bit crazy at the moment so you'll have to call back on Monday". Called them Week 4: "Sorry Sir, we're in a meeting and we'll call you back". Wasn't called back and after I called back the next day on Week 4: "Sorry we didn't respond back yesterday Sir, but we need eye witness statements of the incident". Week 4: "Sorry Sir, our insured denies the police statement you sent and the account of the incident and we need more proof" Week 5 after informing them I have video phootage of the incident"Sorry Sir, but you'll have to burn the video phootage on a CD and come submit it to our offices in Johannesburg". 3days after having submitted the phootage on disk Week 5: "Sorry Sir, your claim is sitting with my team lead for review". Week 6 "Sorry Sir I will follow up with my team lead" Week 7 after calling the team lead "Sorry Sir we're evaluating your claim and will get back to you". And finally week 8 after 8 weeks of continuos waste of my time, waste of my petrol, waste of airtime, waste of money they send me a qoute for R1386.14 from damages totaling up R25000. The qoute was the most ridiculous I've ever seen with car parts like a bumper, headlights, everything costing R30 or R40 and they still say they will pay only 60% of those ridiculous amounts minus 40% of their insured's damages. Judge for yourself if the above is ethical and professional conduct and most importantly if you'll be treated any differently as a customer.
