IWYZE is the worst you can chose

I was unfortunate enough to have been in an accident on the 18th of October 2016, much to my relief I am insured and expected to be in safe hands, knowing how reputable the company that IWYZE insurance falls under. Only to realise that this is one the worste insurance when it comes to customer service.
the day after my accident I was called by a lady who introduced herself as Ntekane Pretty Moeng , the person who would be handling my case directly. She requested my case number and mentioned a few options of communication that I'd prefer and I chose to be contacted every other second day. Since then three days passed without hearing from her, I took it upon myself to contact the insurance just to have a briefing of my case, it was on a Saturday and she was not at work. I was then assisted by a guy who's name I unfortunately can't recall, he made me aware that Pretty has updated my details on the system that Thursday and has made a note that there is a copy of my driver's license that is outstanding. I couldn't understand how she could make that note without calling to inform me of such and to provide me with the detail of where and when to send such a copy. I was not impressed
And I sent her an email to let her know how dissatisfied I was with her lack of communicating with me, she rep**** on the 24th of October with an email apologizing for the inconvenience. Since then this lady has tried to call me only on the 30th with a back to back call, I couldn't respond because I was in a meeting and she could have called me in a few minutes later after the first call. It is funny how it is not a problem when the premium money is deducted each month from our salaries and yet IWYZE can't even deliver to their non existant promises.
today it's the 2nd of October and I am still in the dark about my case. I am more than DISSAPOINTED with the disgusting lack of client service that I have experienced with this company because I work with clients daily and I know how customer service should be administered to the client's satisfaction. For these reasons I would never recommend it nor do I wish to continue with my current cover with them.
its two weeks now without my car and should it take longer than a month since the day of the accident, I will not take it lying down. I would appreciate if i am given a new and competent assistant for my case than this lady.
two whole weeks and I am still in the dark,Tshi is ridiculous .
