iWyze is the worst

iWyze literally has to be the worst insurance ever, cancel these guys please. My mother tried to register a third-party claim for another she bumped and they refuse on the basis that she was not driving her car at the time of accident, requested all contacts to point towards policy wording where it says third party cover can only cover when one is driving their vehicle and no one has managed to do that for me. Asked to speak to a team manager on 3 occasions and I am placed on hold for over an hour till the advisor hangs up. No call back whatsoever, lodging a claim with ombuds if I do not get a call back before close business and cancelling this policy.
