IWyze is the WORST!

I have a tyre and rim, scratch and dent cover with iWyze. I had hit a pothole and also had a scratch on my car, called them to ask for assistance as to what’s required for making a claim. Whenever I call I’m always told that someone will call me back, even when I send a ‘callback’ on the iWyze Hub no one calls back. So I decided to make claim on the iWyze hub app, next thing my claim has been rejected! When I call to ask why my claim has been rejected as I feel that my claim is legit, I get the same treatment “someone will call you back”. It’s been more than 2 months and still nothing from iWyze. But when I request a callback to do a qoute I get called back immediately!

Now this worries as I’m also insured with them, when I have a serious accident will they pay? I’m starting to regret why I left my previous insurance for them. Their the worst!
