IWYZE IS REFUSING TO RELEASE THE CAR

The claim hsnt been paid since the accident that took place on the 1 April 2025. I was involved in an ccident on the 1 April 2025 and no one from Iwyze is contacting me. Comfort Hlungwana has since sent me an email and to date he hasnt bothered to contact me regarding the release of the car and I have been the one who constantly contact IWYZE- ****a SHOP. to get update t the point that I request for the release of the vehicle and they have been telling me some nonsensical stories about the car what what. I am unable to get to work due to me being unable to go to work. i recently spoke to Vuyo Sithole and Gloria who are also telling me stories. no one cares about how we feel as black child if it was someone fr another race they woild have solved this long time ago.
