Iwyze is not to be trusted

I took out a car insurance in August 2022 and 3 days later a driver of DHL drove into my car. I then reported the matter n indicated that I will do a personal claim against DHL, Iwyze then advised me to claim through them...they later send me from pillar to post since October after they advised me to claim through them. I was send from one member to the other with lots of details/ information requested n they were hoping that I won't provide and I send them emails with every information they requested then they were silent for days then afterwards I will be send to next person requesting for the same information again meanwhile they are debiting monthly buying time. They new all along that they are looking for technicalities not to repair my car. Later I was told that they are listening to the calls and they came up with a thing that I did not take the car for inspection and due to that I am not covered but they will still continue to debit until I take the car for inspection and only then I will be covered. I request that they refund me since I am not covered for a period of 7 months and they said I didn't complete the process so the cover is incomplete and they can only pay me the third part fees. When I was waiting for the third part fees to be paid then there was no response and they send me so many confusing letter increasing their policy fees without any explanation...I canceled the policy with them end of February 23 and they are claiming to deduct another monthly instalment.

I don't trust Iwyze again...
