IWYZE is not an insurance company

Iwyze is a worst insurance ever, I put my claim in on the 20th Oct 2019 and an assessor by the name of Joe Masilela was assigned to my claim. Since the claim for my car which is a write off now, the assessor took 7 weeks to finalize the claim and never bothered to communicate with me about proceedings. Now iwyze has rejected my claim and they are withholding my car from me, they want to recover money for towing my car and storing it during the claim assessment eventhough they never stopped debiting my account from the time of my claim till now. If you have Iwyze as an insurance just know you aren't insured.
