Iwyze is horrible

I am extremely outraged about the service I am receiving from old mutual iwyze.... I had a car accident on the 6th of July but they are still assessing today. I have to be the one who calls them everyday to find out what is happening. One minute they tell me they are done with the claim and they will pay then next minute they are not done now they want a senior assessor to investigate. I will no longer do business with them and advise no one else to
