Iwyze is giving a very bad service .claims are delayed .

Iwyze is not assisting my mother who is a pensioner , her car was involve an accident 2 months back and she is still struggling to get hold of Iwyze for the car to be fixed .the ermegency number is not going through which claimed to be an emergency number.
