IWYZE is f****ng ****

I lodged a claim with IWYZE on 31 May 2023 to date I still don't know where and when will my vehicle be repaired. First they tried to find a reason not to pay the claim, second **** about a communication of an excess that I never received, third is a document they never sent to the assessor for it to be sent to the panel beater and I am still waiting. I advise against taking an insurance policy with this company.
