IWYZE is failing us

The way I am being treated by IWYZE is disgusting, close to zero feedback and no authorisation even though car hire has expired. Going to 2 months now, we were affected by the floods and sad to with this insurance we are still suffering. Where is the help that was promised when I was being sold this. Hlengiwe Nhlengetwa is suppose to handle my claim but cannot even get through to her. It's frustrating when people sell you products and services they fail to product.
