Iwyze is costing me money

I cancelled my policy with iWyze in December 2024 after i bought a new car, The cancellation went smooth with no issues, 3 months later the policy starting deducting again. I have reversing and calling them each month. They confirm the policy is cancelled however the debit order keeps going off each month.

They have refunded me twice when the bank refused to reverse the debit order but they still keep deducting, some months they just change the amount or the reference since i cancelled the mandate with the bank

I need help, how do i get these people to stop debiting my account
