IWYZE IS ARROGANT

I wrote a review to hellopeter about iWYZE and it was referred back to iWYZE then they contacted me. A certain Zandile Mncanyana from iWYZE asked me to give her invoices of the repairs for my vehicle. I did that and when I followed-up she told me that the matter was not supposed to be handled by her but by Modupi. I called Modupi and he said "How can I pay for repairs of the things that led to the rejection of the claim?" I told him that I was asked to submit and I just did that. We had a long telephone conversation and he said I must give up and he dropped the phone on my ear while still listening to him. Modupi's arrogance is getting stronger everyday, there's not a single day where I conclude my conversation with Modupi without him showing me how powerful he is. He always wants me to be upset and when I do not get upset, he will try to push me.
