Iwyze is a ****. Don’t sign up with them. They are taking forever to reply to me.

I was driving to work 6:30 in the morning. Some guy driving a Polo overtook me but he came back to my lane took soon. Hence he hit my front right hand side fender with his rear left hand side fender.

This happened on the 18th of March 2021. I submitted the claim to iwyze on the following day (after getting the Police case number). Since from that day. I have heard a word from iwyze. I’ve done 3 follow up telephone calls. On the telephone; they can’t tell me why they’re taking so long and they always promised to phone me on the following day. That’s hasn’t happened till today (4th April 2021).

I’m so disappointed. I pay my R1200 premiums without fail every month.

I feel like iwyze is just a ****. I want my money back!
