Iwyze is a ****

Past week I wrote about my disappointment and dissatisfaction about the level of Incompetence that is non existence whatsoever with Iwyze.

We'll today 30 days later, they decide to call me to tell me that my claim has been rejected. The reason? Negligent!

Well on my standard 1 english: The meaning of negligent is referd to as, ' The failure to use reasonable Care... Or the failure in doing something which is reasonably prudent person would do under the same or similar circumstances..'

Now, if you as a Driver notice that a Vehicle is driving in your lane and the only way to avoid this accident or incident is to throw yourself over board to avoid any possible impact that may even lead to the loss of life or lives... And you are told that you have been negligent. ???????? Makes me wonder.

Iwyze has hired "Reconstruction" experts who determine if the accident or you have been negligent on the road... But I have asked for whatever scripts, reports and minutes to the meetings and telephone... And I have been also rejected in getting such.!!! Why? How? And why???

I find it very biased that I believe that has some Racial annotations to it, that the profiling by certain insurances as ascertain as to who is or who isn't legible to receive their outcome in payments when submitting a claim..

I am calm as a storm between the seas, from the delays and weeks passing... I already knew that the intention to refuse or refute my claim has been on my mind judging from what the posts online have stated (Other clients), clients who have also been rejected by Iwyze when they wanted to make claims. So it is not new, in my own subconsciousness I had already knew and so I had already prepped up my legal advisor as to how and what should happen should the claim be denied.

This is an urging letter to be weary when you Join an insurance like that of iwyze (Old Mutual) and for the record I Ma making ammendment and arranging, seeking legal advice as to how can I move my investments from them to other good companies (if there is one) to keep my monies.

This has been a lesson learned and one to remember, Keep your money in your pocket, shop around and look for better deal. Do not mind the price you pay, because the lesser you pay the more the bull**** when it's claiming time.

I would recommend Miway I have been with them. But the prices are too much (I don't mind anymore) their level of service is excellent. Budget is good my sister is with them... And I have not heard any bad with kingprice... Those names are well known reputable Co. They are noway ***** and they are legit.

I will be posting soon again on the outcomes but for now, I'm gonna spend every cent I have in challenging this rejection legally at the Court...Even it will take me million years with their bottomless pockets of reserves (Our Money) to **** us... But I will fight the good fight.
