I called their emergency line until I ran out of airtime from both my phone on Friday and again on Sunday. I got through to a guy who told me to call again on Monday about a new claim...why not a toll free number if they really want to help when you are in an accident or want to submit a claim and the keel dropping your if you want to submit a claim ?? Anything that has to do with Old mutual is a ****.
