iWYZE is a ****
I can't believe this company refuses to refund my premiums after they kept my life policy active after I canceled in May 2020. In October 2020 one of their consultant sent me confirmation that the policy was canceled May, but to date I have not recieved my refund. This is total disregard of the Consumer Protection Act and Policyholder Protection rules. I feel for those who are not aware of their consumer rights, I am definitely approaching the ombudsman for investigation of this **** iWYZE insurance company.
